After a varied career in the fitness industry and travelling abroad Shannon returned to her home town Paeroa in the Hauraki District and established her practise as a health practitioner of Reflexology

Shannon studied at Waikato School of Reflexology and is a clinically trained Reflexologist who has since taken post graduate studies in 'Ear Reflexology & Ear Seeds' Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM. Shannon believes that combining these two powerful modalities they activate and facilitate the holistic (entire) body to de-stress, re-set and re-energise in the most relaxing non invasive and natural way.
